When I emailed them a few days ago I told them that 7 months was way too long to wait for the reward. I take the surveys in a timely manner and I expect them to follow through with their rewards in a timely manner. I also told them that I would be contacting the BBBonline about the situation.
I just hate having to threaten them with the BBBonline but hey 7 months is too long to wait for a reward.
