I qualified as well. I called Tech. support for help....they couldn't figure out what the problem was, either. I still received $10.00 for the attempt of the survey. Which it took me almost an hour of trying to get into it. Still $10.00 is $10.00.

Don't think I'll be doing surveys for Invoke anymore. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. Still paid me but, pain in the arse to try to get in.
