Not sure how often but seems like every month they are either snail mailing or emailing a coupon. This time just so happens (& who knows why they did this) they email & snail mail coupons are the same. I just hope they made plenty of those kits so that everyone will be able to get one because since it's an emailed one there will be people making a ton of copies and getting them all.
