Wow, I was just reading through this thread and realized that I never received my gift card either!
It's useless to contact Target, however, since it says right on the offer "Target is not a participating partner in or sponsor of this offer." I think that Glamour is the only one to blame on this deal... I will try to call one of those phone numbers and inquire about the cards as well. SIGH
