I used this years ago and it is the best organization for people with no insurance. I found this on accident in a Houston, Tx newspaper. I have given this out to a lot of others who needed help or knew of others that could use it. I was really surprised at the income they allow, it doesn't really have to be that low. This is one that needs to be passed on to everyone. I don't know what I would of done without it. Great post!!
