they finally sent my check back and they lied to me about when they got it. They told me they received it on the 17th but on the check was written 2/10 and stamped 2/14. So either way they lied.
today I got a letter from legal aid telling me they had sent them a letter requesting some info but that he didnt think there was anything he could do for me and he suggested I find another place to live. Easier said than done.
Also today got a letter from their attorney saying my home is being sold on the 21st of this month
. That gives me 2 weeks to find somewhere to go. I dont know what I am going to do. I have no where to go.
