This is a great idea I never even thought of that one, maybe the bank will roll the payment for those extra charges to the end of the loan, also since you are disabled and getting a check perhaps you could agree to allow them to take their payment out of your account, that might also make them stop the forelosure, hows it going, have you heard anything? Did you ever call your Congressman these people can help more than you realize, if you have not called them yet please do so. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
