Go to a doctor and get a diagnosis. Then get some meds and get into therapy. Cutting starts off as a release from the pain inside but it can also become a habit, just like eating is for some people, to deal with stress. Stop before it becomes a habit. There are meds out there that will help and therapy will as well. I know that it isn't easy but what you are dealing with is a chemical imbalance that makes you feel and act this way and it can be corrected. It takes alot of time and courage but you can get past this if you want.
