I agree with zitra...try to find a pro bono lawyer. Have you considered filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy? It will mess up your credit for at least 7-10 years, but you will be able to keep your house. You should be able to do this since you're on SSI and it seems that your credit is shot already. Try to contact your local state legal service and see of they can get you a lawyer to help. You may have to pay, but not the exoberant fees you have now.
