Thanks everyone. I have an appt to talk to an attorney at legal aid monday morning. I hope he can do something for me. They sent no letters telling me forclosure was imminent. She said didnt you get notices you were behind in your payment. Yes.. well thats all we have to send you. We dont have to notify you of the forclosure
. I checked with the bank today, they did not cash the check. But they didnt return it either, they held it. Dont know if that will make a diff or not. In the meantime they are adding on to the lawyer fees I am to pay every day.
I had finally got help to help turn my heat back on but when they found out about the forclosure they backed out. They didnt want to put the money out on a house I was about to loose. Cant say I blame them.
