I found this out after having to get some help myself because of hubby being off work for almost a month due to weather. Also try Community Action, United Way local churches or whatever. Fight for your home, it is crappy the way these mortgage co's do, my hubby talked to one about ours and she did not make any notations either. We have been close to foreclosure lately because of my hubby's work situation. I feel so bad for you, I hope that you can get this straightened out. Also try Legal Aide for attorney help.
